We strive to ship all orders out in a timely manner, usually within 1-3 business days. Our business days are Tuesdays through Fridays, 10am-6pm EST. Should an order be on hold for any reason, we will promptly reach out to the buyer with an update or resolution.
We ship to all 50 US states. While we usually ship via USPS, items that are heavier and/or oversized will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipped accordingly (with your knowledge, of course.) Orders are supplied with tracking numbers. Please note- we are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit, as the situation is out of our control. For any order that has become lost, stolen or damaged, please reach out to the appropriate courier with your tracking information for further assistance.
Amidst The Alders: Exchanges can only be accepted on brand new, unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of original purchase date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any vintage, antique or one-of-a-kind items. Exchange shipping will be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.
Garden of Elin: All sales of vintage, secondary, designer, antique, reworked vintage clothing items and all jewelry are final. Exchanges can be made only on brand new "boutique"-labeled items within 14 days of purchase with the receipt and tags attached as they were when purchased. Any items that were defective when sold will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchange shipping will be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.

Items purchased "on sale" or with a promotional code or sitewide website sale are all final sale and do not qualify for any returns or exchanges.
We love to help you send sweet gifts! Direct your package to a loved one with their address as the "ship to" address at checkout, then email or message us with your order number and your message to them. We'll gift wrap your package and add your note on beautiful paper for a sweet surprise to a friend or family member.
